Office Machine Consultants has been serving the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Galesburg and surrounding communities since April, 1982. OMC has been an authorized Toshiba dealer since 1983, a Lanier dealer since 1989 and a Kyocera-Mita dealer since summer of 2003. In 2006, we were fortunate enough to acquire Armstrong's Copy Shop in Anamosa, Iowa.

Office Machine Consultants has 28 full time professionals, 11 of whom are award winning, factory trained service technicians. We maintain a complete OEM parts and supply inventory and each service technician stocks a large up-to-date inventory in their vehicle to minimize our customers' down time. We also maintain a state-of-the art, in-house service department.
